Maple Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

High in fiber, minerals, and vitamins (especially vitamins K and C) but low in calories, the Brussels sprouts in these maple balsamic Brussels sprouts pack a healthy punch to any diet. [1]

In fact, Brussels sprouts are so healthy that a study showed that people who consumed approximately 300 grams of Brussels sprouts each day experienced a 28 percent reduction in cellular damage. This led researchers to believe that eating cruciferous vegetables (such as Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and more) could actually aid in decreasing cancer risk. [2]

But that’s not all these maple balsamic Brussels sprouts have to offer. The dark, sweet taste of balsamic vinegar paired with apples and maple syrup offer a deliciously sweet flavor profile to this traditional dish that will even have your kids asking for seconds! So, what are you waiting for?
