  • 1-2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup diced frozen mango
  • 2-3 cups spinach
  • 1-2 cups cashew, oat, or almond milk
  • 1 tsp non-alcoholic vanilla flavoring
  • Maple syrup, to taste (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a high-speed blender, put all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
