Mango Panna Cotta

Prep Time 15 mins
Total Time 2 hrs 15 mins
Servings 6

  • 1 1/4 cup mango, cubed and divided
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 cups unsweetened full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tsp natural agar agar powder

  • In a food processor or high-speed blender, puree 1 cup of the mango cubes and honey until completely smooth.
  • In a small saucepan, combine the mango puree, coconut milk, and agar agar powder. Whisk to combine and bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and continue to boil for 2-3 minutes, whisking often.
  • Divide the mixture between 6 ramekins or small serving glasses. Transfer to the refrigerator for 2 hours, or until chilled.
  • Before serving, top with the remaining fresh mango cubes.

  • Fresh, frozen, or canned mango all work well for this recipe. If using frozen, thaw completely first. If using canned, choose a brand with no sugar added.
  • Maple syrup or coconut sugar are both great substitutes for honey.
  • You may use 2 tablespoons agar agar flakes in place of 2 teaspoons of agar agar powder.
