The Ultimate Charcuterie Wreath

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 of your favorite dips (such as Hope Hummus, Kite Hill Foods, and Mykonos)
  • 1 jar olives of choice (such as garlic-stuffed olives)
  • 1 medium jar artichokes
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 large cucumbers, sliced
  • 1-2 bunches radishes, washed and stems removed
  • 4-5 carrots, washed, cut in half, then sliced lengthwise
  • 1 small container cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bag sugar snap peas (not pictured here)
  • 1 bunch broccoli (not pictured here)
  • 1 bunch cauliflower (not pictured here)
  • 2 boxes of your favorite crackers (such as Simple Mills and Mary’s Gone Crackers)

Instructions
 

  • Grab a large circular cutting board or bowl to gauge how big your wreath will be.
  • Add the dips, olives, artichokes, and tomatoes to various-sized bowls and place them around the cutting board, then remove the cutting board. Next, fill in the gaps between the dips with fresh rosemary, sage, and other herbs. 
  • Next, add your vegetables until your wreath is complete!
  • Alternatively, for a slightly different look, you may choose to fill your wreath with your vegetables.
  • Finally, for an extra burst of flavor and fun, you can fill your wreath with my Garlic Smashed Potatoes!
