BBQ Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients
  

BBQ Cauliflower

  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp blackstrap molasses
  • 1/2-1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 large head cauliflower, chopped into florets

Vegan Ranch Dipping Sauce

  • 1 cup vegan mayo
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix together all the BBQ cauliflower ingredients, except the cauliflower florets.
  • Add in the cauliflower florets, using your hands to toss and combine.
  • Put the florets onto the parchment-lined sheet and bake for 35 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, put all the sauce ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend on high until combined.
  • Equally disperse the BBQ cauliflower onto plates and add a bowl of dipping sauce on the side. Serve immediately.
