Gooey Tahini Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed (or two eggs, chia eggs, or flax eggs)
  • 3/4 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp non-alcoholic vanilla flavoring
  • 2 cups Bob’s Red Mill Paleo Flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the wet ingredients.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the dry ingredients, except the chocolate chips.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing together until well-combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
  • Use a tablespoon to spoon the dough onto a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
