Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Using coconut oil, grease a loaf pan and set it aside.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the wet ingredients until well-combined.
In a large bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate chips and walnuts.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
Remove the loaf pan from the oven and allow it to sit for 10 minutes.
Slice, serve, and enjoy!
