Best Tasting Green Smoothie
Green smoothies often get a bad rap. After all, many people new to eating healthier foods associate green-based drinks with tasting “bad” or “grassy.” But that’s simply not true! While the green hue dominates the look of the smoothie, nothing could be further from the truth when it comes to the taste! And that’s why I’m sharing this recipe for my Best Tasting Green Smoothie. Complete with tropical flavors and a natural sweetness, this is one of the most delicious smoothie recipes you’ll ever make!
All of that said, you know this recipe comes with a ton of health benefits. First, it contains bananas, which are loaded with vitamins and minerals such as potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and more. Bananas are also rich in pectin, which has been shown to not only support healthy blood sugar levels but also aid satiety by delaying gastric emptying. 
This Best Tasting Green Smoothie also contains mango, which is another food rich in pectin and numerous vitamins and minerals. But that’s not all. Best Tasting Green Smoothie Recipe
Time: 5 minutes
1-2 frozen bananas
1 cup diced frozen mango
2-3 cups spinach
1-2 cups cashew, oat, or almond milk
1 teaspoon non-alcoholic vanilla flavoring
Maple syrup, to taste (optional)
1. In a high-speed blender, put all ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
