¼ cup rolled oats
¼ cup sliced frozen banana
¼ cup frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons unsweetened plant-based yogurt
1 date, pitted
1 tablespoons chia seeds
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup ice
½ cup water or plant-based milk
1 capsule Total Energy (optional)
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. For an extra boost, open one capsule of Total Energy and empty the contents into the mixture. Process until smooth.
2. Transfer to a cup and drink immediately.
