Makes: 8 ounces
1 cup unsweetened oat milk
1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers
1 teaspoon agave
1 shot decaf espresso (optional)
1. In a small pot over medium-low heat, combine the oat milk, lavender flowers, and agave. Stir to combine then warm through without bringing to a boil.
2. Strain the mixture through a mesh strainer into a blender cup. Discard the lavender flowers.
3. Blend the mixture for 8-10 seconds, or until frothy.
4. Pour into a cup with the espresso, if using, stir, and serve warm.
