1½ cup unsweetened oat milk

½ cup raw cashews, soaked in water overnight

2 tablespoons flax seeds

¼ cup pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

 

Directions

1. In a high-speed blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until completely smooth.
