Time: 5 minutes
2 cups frozen watermelon cubes
½ cup ice
1 cup prosecco (or sparkling grape juice, or club soda), well chilled
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon agave
Mint for garnish (optional)
1. In a high-speed blender, combine the watermelon, ice, prosecco, lime juice, and agave. Process until well-blended.
2. Garnish with the fresh mint. Enjoy immediately.
